Advising Organisations on the movement of their workforce globally
Credentials

Helen Squibb
Helen advises and assists organisations on the strategy, process and management of their global mobility programmes.

Helen started her career in 1992 managing an international assignment programme for a UK multi-national (Cadbury Schweppes). She developed her skills and knowledge from the hands-on experience of running a small team dedicated to the management of global assignments. In 1997 she joined one of the “big four” (Arthur Andersen) as a Consultant in the Human Capital Practice, a move which enabled her to experience and learn from a much wider variety of issues and organisations. Since 2002 Helen has increased the breadth of her knowledge, working as an independent consultant, specialising in Global Mobility.

During her consulting career she has worked with companies on their strategy, devised or revised processes, managed and advised on expatriate compensation issues, conducted benchmarking surveys and taught on her subject, for both clients and academic courses.

Having been both a client and a service provider, Helen has the key ability to recognise issues from both sides and thereby work to ensure there is no gap between perception and reality in the delivery of advice and services.

Helen has a Master’s degree in Human Resources and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
